FULFILLMENT POLICY

How Will I Know When ELECTRIC Receives My Shipment of Goods?

When ELECTRIC receives the customer’s shipment of cards, the customer will get an email with an order number.

How Will My Order Be Processed?

Upon receiving the customer’s shipment, the order will be given an Order Number and processed based on the package the customer selected.

Following is the Package Option(s) that you have selected:

​

ECONOMY TIER – 15 Business days from date of receiving & assignment of Order Number to shipment (receive an email with tracking number) —- Excluding weekends.

​

STANDARD TIER – 10 Business days from date of receiving & assignment of Order Number to shipment (receive an email with tracking number) —- Excluding weekends.

​

ELECTRIC TIER – 5 Business days from date of receiving & assignment of Order Number to shipment (receive an email with tracking number) —- Excluding weekends.

You will receive a email with your tracking number when your package has shipped from the ELECTRIC facility.

Please remember, the processing of your order is based on BUSINESS DAYS and excludes weekends.

How Will My Order Be Shipped?

After processing and the grading of your card or cards, ELECTRIC ships your order to the shipping address provided BY YOU, the customer. 

The timeline in which ELECTRIC ships the order to our customer is based upon your order selection Package/packages (ECONOMY, STANDARD and/or ELECTRIC).

Please be aware that delays in shipping may occur due to circumstances beyond ELECTRICS control, such as, inclement weather and postal service delays.

Does ELECTRIC Ship to International Destinations?

Not at this time! But we are working on it.

 

How Do I Check the Delivery Status of My Order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from ELECTRIC which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.

What Is the Return Policy?

ELECTRIC wants our customers, to be satisfied with our product and service.  We will fix errors in printing or if there are any flaws within the case holder. 

The customer needs to email ELECTRIC at info@electricgrading.com within 14 days of delivery date of package.  In the email include the following information, Your Name, the Order Number, the Tracking Number, and the Shipping Address.

What Is the Policy on Cancellations and Refunds?

Cancellation: 

The customer can cancel the order by notifying ELECTRIC by email, info@electricgrading.com PRIOR to our company receiving your shipment of goods.

Refund: 

The customer can receive a refund by notifying ELECTRIC by email, info@electricgrading.com PRIOR to our company receiving your shipment of goods.
