How will I know when Electric receives my submission?
When Electric receives and checks in your shipment of cards, you will receive an email confirming receipt.
How will my order be shipped?
After grading, label creation, & encapsulation of your order, Electric will ship your cards back to you via UPS or USPS in a secured box to the address provided by you upon your checkout. Please be aware that delays in shipping may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as, inclement weather and postal service delays.
Does Electric ship to international destinations?
Not at this time! Currently we are only taking submissions and shipping within the United States.
How do I check the delivery status of my order?
When your order has been completed and shipped, you will receive an email notification from Electric which will include your tracking number.
What is the return policy?
Electric wants our customers to be satisfied with our product and service. We will fix any label errors or slab issues that you notice upon delivery. You'll need to email us at info@electricgrading.com within 14 days of delivery date if you have any issues with your order.
What is the policy on cancellations?
The customer can cancel the order by notifying Electric by email, info@electricgrading.com PRIOR to us receiving your shipment of goods.
